Gather Local Market is a social space focused on community and celebrating the best food, drink, shopping, and entertainment from around the province. The first of its kind in Saskatchewan, Gather Local Market is Saskatoon’s local market—an accessible, inclusive place for people to come together to eat, drink, shop, and support local.

Gather Local Market opens to the public in March 2024 and is managed by Ideas Inc.

**THE POSITION**

As the Community Manager for Ideas Inc and Gather Local Market, you will wear many different hats at any given time that range from marketing, communications, member relations, administration, programming, client services, vendor management, facility management and event planning.

Whatever you touch, and whatever you do, will have a direct impact on all the entrepreneurs in our buildings.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the community
- Handle member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members, vendors, and contractors
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track member interactions and follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve community goals
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets

**SKILLS**
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Sales experience or the ability to effectively market the community is desirable
