EverCo is a newly established company in the market of high-quality windows and doors, offering products crafted from durable PVC and aluminum. We are on the search for an associate with a solid background in sales, particularly within our industry and especially in B2B sales. The role demands a professional who is not only experienced but also has the mobility to actively engage and interact with our clientele. At EverCo, we value the spirit of initiative and collaboration, and we are keen to work with someone who can contribute to our growth and success. - Conduct technical sales presentations to potential clients
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Drive sales growth through proactive business development efforts
- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships through effective account management

Experience
- Proven experience in doors and windows sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary
- commission based
