**JOB MISSION**:
**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Build and maintain annual budgets and monthly forecasts including developing and maintaining detailed driver-based financial models
- Work with supply chain team to align financial signal with the supply, shipment and inventory forecast
- Work with Retail, Ecommerce, and wholesale teams on forecast/budget
- Upload of forecast and budgets into the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Oracle platform
- Identify, quantify, communicate out and address areas of risk and opportunities within the business
- Provide P&L estimates towards the end of the month to present in management review meetings
- Build relationships with senior leaders throughout the organization and provide support to help the team identify strategic initiatives;
- Prepare monthly financial packages (power point decks) for various stakeholders and audiences
- Track, analyze and develop value-added KPIs, highlight the trends, analyze cause of unexpected variance and provide valuable commentary to explain the variance drivers and business trend
- Monitor product, customer and model margins - highlighting discrepancies and suggesting corrective actions
- Prepare in-depth analysis, internal reports, and any other ad hoc financial analysis required by management
- Prepare Power Point decks for business reviews, budget/forecast meetings and any other management meetings
- Partner with Accounting to understand the financial impact of accounting entries

**REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS**:

- University degree in business, finance or related field and working towards CPA or MBA
- 2-5 years progressive FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills are critical to the role: Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
- Experience with Oracle and D365 is desirable.
- Experience in the athletic footwear/apparel industry is a huge asset.
- Ability to operate and influence in a matrix organization and develop good working relationships across many functions, regions, and distribution channels
- Excellent organizational, time management, problem solving, strategic thinking, research/ analysis skills and attention to detail
- Ability to present with confidence in management meetings
- Ability to pick up new IT systems quickly
