**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the office and manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare and process various reports, including purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee records and documentation.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with procurement to order and receive necessary materials and supplies for the office.
- Coordinate with customer regarding shipping documents.
- **Facility Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Collaborate with facilities management to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and employee gatherings.
- Ensure seamless execution of events by managing logistics and catering.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is desirable.
- Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Proficiency in using JobBoss ERP system is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus
- Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in office administration.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
