- The City of North Vancouver is the urban core of the beautiful North Shore and has a long-term vision to be “The Healthiest Small City in the World”, with five key priorities to be a City for People, a Liveable City, a Vibrant City, a Connected City and a Prosperous City.- The Engineering, Parks and Environment department requires a regular full time User Analyst.**Responsibilities**- You will develop processes and guidelines and provide technical advice to users. You will assist in defining business requirements and investigate business procedures and processes, provide options for maintenance, replacement and upgrades, review system report capabilities and recommend enhancements and modifications related to processes, plans and reports.- In addition you will participate in committees and evaluation, selection and integration of enhancements and investigate and resolve minor hardware and software problems and analyze work processes.**Requirements**:

- You will have completed a certificate in computer science, including or supplemented by courses in database concepts and programming, plus have considerable related experience, with an ERP preferably Infor’s Public Sector and Asset Management. Experience reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings, working with AutoCAD and/or GIS, and knowledge of public works operations will be an asset. Additionally, you will be proficient in MS Office and possess a valid class 5 BC Driver’s License.**Compensation**
- Pay Grade 22- $34.96 to $41.16 per hour (2021 rates)**Hours of Work**
- 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 1/2 hour unpaid meal break, Monday to Friday, (40 hour work week).- The City of North Vancouver currently works on a compressed work schedule. This position works 8:00 a.m. to 5:05 p.m., Monday to Friday, with one scheduled day off (Monday or Friday) approximately each three-week scheduling cycle.**Additional Information**
