We are seeking talented and dedicated electrical professionals within the Vancouver + Victoria, BC areas to join our team in the following positions:

- Service Manager
- Project Manager
- Coordinator
- Administrator

**ELECTRICAL SERVICE MANAGER**:
As our Electrical Service Manager**, **you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing our Service Technicians with Electrical service repairs.
- Setting and updating clear responsibilities/tasks for each technician, which includes ensuring each technician is achieving a minimum of 40 productive hours per week.
- Developing existing and new clientele.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability.
- Responding to quote requests and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Investigating and assisting in customer complaint resolution.
- Providing supplemental support on an as-needed basis to complete work orders/billing and acting as a quality control for outputs.
- Acting as a support system when onboarding new technicians.
- Following up with late paying customers to ensure timely payments.
- Supporting strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.

Who You Are:

- A customer-focused individual with between 5-10 years of experience as an Electrical Service Manager.
- A strong verbal + written communicator who conveys messages in a clear and simple manner.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installations. Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- A TEAM PLAYER that is willing to act as a helping hand for those around them
- A versatile individual with Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A true Leader with a strong track record of team supervision, project management, and budget management.

**ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER**:
As our Electrical Project Manager**, **you will be responsible for:

- Monitoring progress and financial performance of each project.
- Overseeing operational processes and documentation.
- Providing technical support to the field team and customers.
- Leading and overseeing high-value electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Preparing reports and budgets for the Senior Leader Team.
- Continuously reviewing current processes and making recommendations to improve.
- Supporting strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.

Who You Are:

- A customer-focused individual with between 5-10 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager
- You love solving real practical and challenging problems. Engineering is fun, but you also like the business side of things.
- A strong, independent problem solver who always like a Challenge.
- You enjoy having freedom and control of your projects. Most things you figure out yourself, but you appreciate the network of experience available to you in the company.
- You are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done with little to no mistakes.
- Strong organization skills with an eye for accuracy and detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and maintain connections.
- A consistent individual who isn't afraid to follow up on issues when required.

**ELECTRICAL COORDINATOR**:
As our Electrical Coordinator**, **you will be responsible for:

- Handling all documentation requirements associated with the successful execution of projects.
- Tracking the progress of jobs and assisting the Project Manager in monitoring profitability.
- Being a key point of contact with general contractors and suppliers, and escalating issues to the Project Manager as required.
- Creating invoices and progress billing reports in a timely manner, and ensuring any issues impacting collectability are escalated to the Project Manager.
- Actively looking for opportunities to improve activities and tasks in Their role and the Company at large.
- Responding to co-workers and customers quickly and keep them updated if they will not meet a promised delivery date.
