- Manage and oversee all aspects for the company
- Monitor teams and clients and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date policies
- Provide guidance and support to team members and clients as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning industry preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
