Meat Clerk/cleaner

Our Meat Department is looking for a Meat Clerk/Cleaner. Reporting to the Meat Manager, and the Assistant Meat Manager, you will be responsible for the packaging of beef, pork, poultry, and seafood products. As well, you will help produce value added products. You will also provide customers with outstanding customer service, and help with stocking, merchandising. The main part of your duties will be tearing down and performing general cleaning in the Meat Department to adhere to food safety standards.

This position is suited for a high school student looking for a part time career in the meat department. Hours of work will be 12 to 20 hours per week, during the evenings, and/or weekends. You must be highly self motivated and be able to work welll by yourself. No experience necessary and we will train.
