- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and competitive dynamics.
- Assist in developing strategic plans to target new business opportunities and enhance market penetration
- Identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels such as industry events, networking, and digital platforms.
- Qualify leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Leverage your expertise in machinery automation and/or bagging machine manufacture to support the sales team with technical insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and innovation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities for senior management. *Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- *1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the machinery automation or bagging machine manufacturing industry.*
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in machinery automation and/or bagging machine manufacture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. *Preferred Qualifications:*
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with VFFS equipment and the packaging industry.
