**Your tasks**:
**Position Description Summary**
- Responsible for coordinating the movement of freight by air from the local airport to domestic and international destinations. This role will work closely as part of the Air team. He/she must demonstrate a commitment to exceeding client expectations while respecting and adhering to company policies.**Principal Accountabilities**
- Prepares accurate airfreight export documents in Procars and Argus
- Actions pickup requests with appropriate paperwork
- Inputs invoices, and storage charges in Argus as well as distributing the invoices.
- Interacts with clients and handles the transactional requirements of their accounts.
- Interacts with peers, subordinates, and colleagues at various Schenker divisions.
- Complies with ISO Standard Operating Procedures and the instructions of one's supervisor or manager.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Minimum three years airfreight and/or relevant operations experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills required
- Experience in Air Freight Forwarding operations, export.
- Experience in sales or customer interface.
- Team player
- Advanced computer skills in Excel
- Experience on Argus & FREDS
