**D2D Campaign Responsibilities**:

- Organize door-to-door routes, shifts, and team schedules
- Initiate and lead a campaign from inception
- Develop a creative and effective D2D marketing strategy that maximizes outreach to potential customers
- Hire and train a high-performing D2D team that can effectively promote and market the company's services
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the D2D team, ensuring they meet their targets and goals
- Set marketing targets for the D2D team, ensuring they are realistic and achievable
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the D2D team to help them improve their techniques and meet their targets
- Monitor the performance of the D2D team and provide regular feedback to ensure they are meeting their targets
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the D2D strategy

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in D2D marketing and management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships

**D2D Campaign Manager Commission Structure**
- 300 for each signed contract obtained by their team members. Furthermore, when the Campaign Manager personally engages in door knocking, they will be eligible for the same compensation as the door representatives, which amounts to $1300 per signed contract.
