**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the activities and inter-relationships of the various departments within the Finance Function
- Use detailed knowledge of financial reporting processes to assess current processes within the function and work with Finance Leadership to create “world class” processes appropriate for the NFI business globally.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Plan and distribute project workload making certain all resources are being used productively to the fullest as well as all processes, and schedules are on time to meet deadlines.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Monitor project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Measure project performance using appropriate system/tools - KPIs.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, standards throughout entire project execution.
- The Project Manager will be accountable for supervision, coordination, and performance of the assigned Project Leads, providing direction, training and assistance as required.
- Responsible to ensure all key controls (ICFR Internal Controls) identified under their area of responsibility are designed and operating as outlined in the internal controls over financial reporting.
- Ensure policies and processes are established and adhered to ensure goals and objectives for all regulatory and legal requirements are met including organizational quality, environmental, health & safety programs.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Post-secondary education.
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
- CPA Designation.
- Detailed knowledge of financial reporting processes is essential.
- Exposure to / knowledge of other areas of a Group finance function is an advantage.
- Project management skill is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office suite, MS Project, Unigraphics, Oracle).
- Good leadership skill and ability to communicate well in a group setting and within all levels of the organization.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to prioritize task within a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptive quick learner and can demonstrate strong change management skills.
- Travel up to 20%.
