**Performance Requirements and Expectations**:

- Supporting our Atlantic Canada Regional Sales Manager
- Cold calling and setting up appointments for our Eastern Regional Sales Manager ahead of traveling throughout Atlantic Canada.
- Work closely with our marketing, social media, and lab support teams
- Providing exceptional customer service to existing customers
- Contacting customers regarding promotional specials and education events.
- Updating and maintaining customer database
- Upselling promotions and products
- Introducing new innovative systems and products to the customers

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent oral communication skills and phone manners
- Dental background would be a definite asset
- Previous customer service experience would be a must
- English and French bilingual would be ideal
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada**
