Housing Developer in the Wasaga Beach area working on the Georgian Sands Community development.

**Customer Care Co-ordinator**

ELM is looking for an individual to work on site as a Customer Care Co-Ordinator, reporting to Customer Care Manager, while working with site staff, trades, homeowners and head office management to coordinate and facilitate tasks related to Pre-Delivery Inspections, Closings and Warranty management.

**Responsibilities**
- Undertake tasks as required to keep the office operating in an efficient and organized manner
- Upload and maintain all documentation on Shared OneDrive
- Conduct Pre-PDIs, record deficiencies and Schedule PDI's
- Process Tarion 30 Day, Year End and Second Year forms and meet timelines for Builder Repair Period
- Update and maintain database (BuilderLynx) with notes and up-to-date information related to deficiencies and homeowner information
- Send Work Orders to approriate trades for service
- Maintain confidentiality of the company’s documentation e.g. homeowner information
- Prepare TARION CCP forms
- Release keys to homeowners on closing
- Create and log bi-weekly reports on completed and outstanding deficiencies
- Schedule appointments with trades and homeowners for work completion by maintenance person and trades
- Co-ordinate sign off of deficiency items with homeowners
- Perform other clerical duties as required

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Knowledge of House Construction
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code preferred
- Knowledge of TARION Performance Guidelines
- Knowledge of PDI, Deficiencies and CCP Forms
- Knowledge of BuilderLynx is an asset
- Strong time management skills, confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and clearly with homeowners, suppliers, trades, and management
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong conflict resolution skills is a must
- 2 years of Customer Service experience preferably in a construction environment
- Live in the surrounding area with a vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $20.93-$26.63 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z 2X2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
