**Career description**

Menu Group is in search of an extraordinary bilingual individual who exudes dynamism, radiates high energy, and embodies unwavering reliability while possessing exceptional sales and organizational skills.

As a Sales and Strategic Business Development Agent, you will play a vital role in analyzing client needs, proposing a suitable marketing solution (secret formula), developing new relationships with people from the industry, and representing the Menu Group organization.

**Role**
- Work directly with the actual client and future clients, in conjunction with the Senior Director of Business Development.
- Proactively and professionally provide assistance to various clients.
- Present the secret formula to new clients and guide them through the sales process.
- Coordinate monthly meetings with clients to present the marketing campaign results and take their feedback.
- Analyze the marketing campaign.
- Must be willing to travel within Ottawa and Gatineau to meet clients and do business.
- Must be willing to participate in special events to build relationships with potential new clients.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Make all the discovery calls with new leads in order to qualify them.
- After-sales follow-up with new and current customers.
- Gathering checks from a diverse range of valued customers.

**Qualifications**
- Willing to be coached by our Senior Director of Business Development.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Past experience in communications/sales/business development or similar roles.
- Comfort and experience in sales and marketing with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client requests.
- Ability to work from home and at the office. (We offer flexible working hours.)
- Access to a vehicle and willingness to occasionally meet with our owner, team members, and clients.
- Flexible, fast learner, problem solver, and a great personality.
- Bilingual in French and English.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
