Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager, Transportation Services on a permanent basis on our Transportation Operations team.

This position is based in Regina, Saskatchewan with preference for on-site work. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered.

We are looking for a result driven, safety minded individual to guide the department management team in effective fleet utilization and commodity product delivery expectations. If you are a logistics professional with a background in transportation management, this may be the opportunity for you

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead, direct and guide the Transportation Services team in the safe, efficient and sustainable execution of all activities in the transportation value stream.
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives across Transportation Services.
- Ensure cost effective decisions are being carried out to provide value to FCL and the entire Co-operative Retailing System (CRS).
- Lead ongoing review of routing files to identify and implement necessary adjustments to optimize inbound and outbound lanes.
- Gauge performance of Transportation Services by measuring key performance indicators.
- Lead and direct Transportation Services with the most effective asset utilization.

You will work closely with Transportation Services teams, will have 1 direct report, and will report into the Director, Supply Chain Transportation - Petroleum. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation and safety.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

- Have 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics and/or transportation with 3 plus years of leadership experience.
- Have a Diploma in Business or Engineering Technology with a preference towards Operations Management (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- CCLP, SCMP or equivalent designation is considered an asset.
