Reporting directly to the Canadian Frac Operations Manager, the **Frac Operations Manager** is responsible to manage, develop and maintain all systems related to Great North Wellhead & Frac/Redco’s Service staff and fleet in our northern operations. Complementing its quality products, GNWFrac/Redco Equipment Service delivers quality service. All management and staff are accountable to our Customers and the Company.

Our group of companies operates safely and in compliance. As Manager, you have the obligation to lead, and actively participate in inspection, reporting, maintenance, hazard assessment, and safe work practices which guarantee the success of our business and your career.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Manage all day-to-day Frac operations including managing all costs associated with running the Frac operations
- Participate in the strategy development for MWFC, Launch and Missile operations
- Develop business cases and action plans to convert MWFC, Launch and Missile strategy into customer revenue.
- Responsible for the P&L for the northern operations; ensure all billing and revenue is captured, including review of all third-party billing
- Comply with all Company Health, Safety & Quality Policies; participate in associated training, processes and procedures in accordance to documented internal standards.
- Work with current and potential customers to develop frac solutions; work closely with Wellhead and Launch teams to achieve seamless transitions.
- Optimize frac layouts and operations; work with Frac Supervisor to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and service.
- Reinforce sound field customer relations to help maintain current and cultivate new customer relations; travel as required to customer locations.
- Develop and maintain a positive team culture.
- Develop position descriptions, compensation packages and recruit new employees for key leadership positions for Northern Frac Operations; set goals for team members to achieve.

As an active member of the GNWF Operations team, you will support the larger organization as required including;
- Work with GNWF Engineering and Sales Team, Calgary to plan for upcoming jobs including Site visits, Customer Pad Layouts, Calgary Meetings, CWOPs, Customer Facility Tours, etc.
- Provide technical and commercial guidance for bids/tenders for the MWFC, Launch and Missile divisions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong understanding of wellhead and frac products, services, processes, and equipment requirements including maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills; must be able to interact effectively and work comfortably with both field and local management staff
- Requires a self-motivated team player, capable of managing multiple priorities in a high activity and changing environment
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
- 5+ years related experience & 2+ years related to Oil & Gas industry
- Microsoft Office - Excel (Intermediate level)
- Fluent in English, communicate effectively, both written and verbal
