**Precision Well Servicing** is currently seeking a **Recruitment Specialist** to join our team

This position will be based out of our Acheson facility. Our teams have returned to our office facilities, and remote work is not available for this role.

**What will you do?**
- Ensuring Precision Well Servicing's policies and applicable legislation are followed consistently,
- Monitor job fair opportunities and seek approval to attend,
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities to ensure best recruitment practices are being utilized at all times, based on market conditions and business needs.

- Strong organizational skills,
- Be team oriented with a demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with colleagues in each area of the business,

- Knowledge of social media platforms, demographics, and recruitment methods,
- Detail oriented and focused on quality results and on-time deliverables.

The person in this position will have 3-years' experience in recruitment and selection, and be a Registered Professional Recruiter or working towards a CPHR designation.

Precision Well Servicing is responsible for well completions, workovers, and abandonments. We use a variety of service rigs that are suited to each scope of work. The wells are located in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin which includes Northern BC, Northwest Territories, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
