**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated barista specialist dedicated to providing exceptional customer experience by crafting delicious and personalized beverages with precision and care. You will facilitate an engaging Latte Booth Mobile Espresso bar Experience and provide quality customer service and care. As a Barista Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and eager to return. Your passion for coffee, attention to detail, and dedication to providing excellent service will contribute to the success of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Beverage Preparation: Skillfully preparing various coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and quality with each order.
- Customer Engagement Involves Interacting with customers in a friendly and attentive manner, actively listening to their preferences, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the preparation area, including equipment maintenance and adherence to food safety regulations, to uphold the integrity of our products.
- Efficiency and Speed: Working efficiently during peak hours to minimize wait times while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in order fulfillment.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously expanding your knowledge of coffee origins, flavour profiles, and brewing techniques to educate customers and enhance their appreciation of our offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and support each other in delivering exceptional service, including assisting with tasks such as restocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
- Customer Satisfaction: Proactively addressing customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and empathy, striving to exceed expectations and foster long-term loyalty.
- Other ad hoc activities based on areas of interest

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Experience working as a barista in a fast-paced café Third Wave (Indie) coffee shop environment.
- Beverage Knowledge: Strong knowledge of coffee and tea varieties, brewing methods, and flavour profiles, as well as the ability to expertly prepare a range of specialty beverages, microfoam milk, and pour latte art on a manual espresso machine.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to engage with customers professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment, supporting each other to ensure efficient operations
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiasm for coffee culture and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service to customers, with a positive attitude.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of basic food safety principles and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace and following proper sanitation procedures.
- Food handlers certificate (not a must).
