As a Barista at Caffe Emi, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. Here's what you can expect:

**Qualifications**:

- Previous barista experience is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome individuals with a genuine love for coffee and a willingness to learn.

- Caffe Emi - Brewing Happiness, One Cup at a Time._Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system, including processing payments, giving change, and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
