**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service excellence.
- Train, mentor, and lead staff in customer service best practices, kitchen procedures, and food safety protocols.
- Assist in menu planning and development, collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a diverse and appealing selection.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock while minimizing waste.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, striving for resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchens, and storage facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and enhancing the overall guest experience.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
- Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a desire to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences.

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
