Lease and Rental Administrator

We are looking for an Lease and Rental Administrator for our Mississauga, ON location.Rush Truck Centres of Canada is a premier provider of quality products and services to commercial equipment users. Rush Truck Centres of Canada is always looking for good people to join our team.Reporting to the Idealease Service Manager, the Lease and Rental Administrator.. This is a full-time day shift position - Monday to Friday.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations, as well as the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
- Parts Transfer Process for Idealease; Process all internal parts orders and Stock Transport Orders “STO” (receiving/returning and charging parts/cores to Repair Orders “R/O” daily.
- Review parts inventory report to ensure all parts are charged on R/O or returned to RTCC Parts Department if not used.
- Customer Pay: Obtaining purchase orders from customers in order to close work orders.
- Purchase Orders: Assisting in developing and managing the process for opening purchase orders capturing correct information and charging RTL Maintenance for all sublet costs in a timely manner.
- Expected to have a positive attitude and promote a healthy work environment.
- Other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College or post-secondary education is preferred.
- Previous experience in Heavy Truck, Automotive or related industry experience preferred.
- Competency in the following areas required; customer service, administrative skills, team building, proficiency with software and computers.
- SAP experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Criminal Record Check.
- Valid driver’s license and Drivers Abstract.
