SANDY LANE AUTOMOTIVE WEST is a small AUTOMOTIVE business in Edmonton. We are professional and client centric. Our goal is to give exceptional service and empower our clients to make educated decisions about their vehicles.
- Building client relationships and addressing / managing their needs.
- Being a client’s advisor for the entire experience, from booking the initial appointment being booked to pickup of their vehicle.
- Creating and evolving the clients service order, which includes parts management.
- Collaborating with technicians to give the best possible outcomes and service.
- Maintaining supplier relationships.
- Maintaining proper pricing margins and product choice.
- Workflow management and organization.
