**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in the duties of project administration
- Assist in Scheduling, Costs, and Safety
- Organization of Material and Subcontractors - Utilization of assigned equipment
- Assist in planning efforts
- Compile Monthly Solids/Water/FOG Report
- Maintain invoicing/work order system with vendor invoicing
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Review work orders and follow up with vendors for any questions
- Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the public
- Review and complete work was undertaken to ensure that project submittals are completed to a high degree of accuracy
- Liaise with clients & Vendors
- Monitor construction to ensure compliance with the IGC/FCM standards, design procedures, contract specifications
- Plan and implement construction schedules alongside assigned Project Managers
- Represent IGC in project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the project
- Review up-to-date cost reports with Project Manager to analyze and determine solutions
- Effectively written and oral communication with clients and project representatives
- Plan, direct, and manage all aspects of the assigned project, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, quality, production, and efficiency
- Attend pre-construction meetings & progress meetings, completing the necessary paperwork to identify requirements for the job and scheduling
- Maintain a strong working relationship with Customers, Suppliers, and Sub-Contractors

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education in construction, engineering, project management, or equivalent
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Outlook
- Strong communication skills, organization skills, strong decision-making skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
