DOIT parler couramment le français avec des compétences en anglais, un « agréable à avoir »

Ce poste ne nécessite PAS de capacités bilingues

Ce rôle nécessite une excellente attention aux détails et des capacités d'écoute.

Selon le manager, la personne idéale est que ce rôle « écoute puis exécute »

Doit avoir une expérience ERP antérieure (JD original référencé Genius et Oracle - mais toute expérience ERP préalable suffira)

Il faudra quelqu'un avec au moins 6 mois d'expérience préalable s'il est vraiment pointu

Entretiens sur place - probablement d'une durée d'une heure pour permettre les présentations et éventuellement une brève visite de l'installation

Devoirs
- Utiliser les systèmes de gestion d'entrepôt pour suivre, enregistrer et maintenir les niveaux de stock
- Traiter les commandes pour l'expédition, y compris la préparation, l'emballage et l'étiquetage des produits
- Utiliser des chariots élévateurs, des chariots à mât rétractable et des préparateurs de commandes pour déplacer les matériaux dans l'entrepôt
- Charger et décharger les expéditions dans les meilleurs délais
- Inspecter les colis entrants et sortants pour déceler tout dommage ou divergence
- Maintenir une zone de travail propre et organisée pour favoriser un environnement de travail sécuritaire

Exigences
- Expérience avec les processus d'expédition et de réception
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation des systèmes de gestion d'entrepôt
- Capacité à conduire des chariots élévateurs, des chariots à mât rétractable et des préparateurs de commandes
- Grande attention aux détails et à la précision dans la gestion des expéditions
- Compétences mathématiques de base pour les tâches de gestion des stocks
- La connaissance des pratiques de distribution en entrepôt est un plus
