**Rémunération**: Notre échelle salariale se situe généralement entre 49528.17 $ et 61910.21 $ en fonction des qualifications et de l'expérience.

**Responsabilités**:

- Coordonner les demandes opérationnelles en collaboration avec les fournisseurs de services techniques impartis et à l’aide des processus pertinents;
- Gérer et maximiser le traitement efficace et rapide des demandes;
- Veiller à ce que toutes les demandes comprennent les renseignements nécessaires pour permettre de les traiter en respectant les paramètres établis;
- Créer et tenir à jour les documents et les feuilles de calcul appropriés pour faire le suivi des recouvrements, des produits et des charges, et veiller à ce qu’ils soient appliqués aux postes budgétaires, aux initiatives, aux contrats ou aux projets concernés;
- Fournir des données, de l’information et des analyses aux collègues de niveau supérieur et à la direction;
- Compiler et saisir des données dans le système d’analyse du taux global d’actualisation et préparer des rapports;
- Examiner et mettre à jour les accès des comptes, l’administration de SharePoint, etc.

**Qualifications essentielles**:

- Diplôme collégial et au moins deux années d’expérience de travail pertinent dans un poste de soutien administratif OU une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience pertinente;
- Solide connaissance de l’administration des affaires;
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et solides aptitudes en gestion du temps en vue d’équilibrer les charges de travail et d’établir l’ordre de priorité des demandes de manière à respecter des échéances serrées avec un grand souci du détail;
- Grandes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles (tact, jugement, diplomatie, professionnalisme et sensibilité politique) et capacité à communiquer efficacement (à l’oral comme à l’écrit);
- Capacité confirmée de travailler en autonomie avec un minimum d’encadrement et de travailler en équipe.
