We are looking for a full-time, permanent Service Dispatcher (Tower Operator) for our Service Department team

Prerequisite: 1-2 years Service Advisor or Tower Operator Experience.

Description:

- Dispatching service order jobs to technicians & detailers.
- Support service advisors by communicating progress of service orders.
- Writing internal service orders for pre-delivery inspections, detail services, and recalls.
- Estimates the cost and time needed to do the repair.
- Handles customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction standards.
- Support shop staff with various required needs.
- Generate profit by internally selling service, repairs, and parts.
- Estimate the cost and time required to perform various services & repairs.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 1-2 years Service Department Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Great attitude, personable, courteous, and outgoing personality.
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized.
- Ability to handle stress and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task with good time management and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Confident, self-motivated, and a desire to set and achieve personal goals.
- Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean Drivers Abstract.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
