**Central Region Sales Manager**:

ABB Smart Buildings digitally transforms commercial, industrial and residential buildings for the highest comfort, efficiency, safety and security - enhancing quality of life in buildings of the future through safe, smart and sustainable electrification solutions, services and products. In this role, you will be responsible for regionalizing and managing sales strategies for the regional Smart Buildings & Smart Power sales team. Your responsibilities will include deployment of business development initiatives and customer account coverage strategies to reach and surpass Sales targets for the promotion and sales of LV Components & Power Distribution in Central Region (Ontario). Your focus will be placed on regional pipeline management and forecasting to build and execute a successful sales plan. You will work closely with National Sales management, division leaders and industry segment managers to ensure increased market penetration and YoY growth.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and drive implementation of the regional sales growth strategy for the assigned region.
- Ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets.
- Manage, support and coach sales team to maintain regional pipeline level in line with budget expectation.
- Drive regional actions key pursuits of Distributors, Electrical Contractors, OEMs and Panel Builders.
- Identify opportunities with existing and potential customers and determine penetration strategy.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key accounts and regional decision makers.
- In collaboration with product marketing, and segments leaders; manage channel partners Annual Order Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Review.

**Your background**:

- 5 years of experience in sales.
- 2-3 years leading a high preforming sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited post-secondary institution, preference to-wards Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
