We are seeking an eCommerce Web Analyst to join our growing AB Testing, eCommerce Optimization, and Web Analytics team.

This role will support the web analytics and experimentation team to identify business challenges and provide solutions through complex data analysis related to eCommerce. You will interpret results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to advanced statistical methods and interpretation. You will design, develop, and communicate complex data analysis results to the rest of the organization and clients in an easily digestible way, create recommendations based on data, and help implement and optimize those solutions.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Interpret results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to advanced statistical & predictive methods such as multi-variate regression, A/B testing, qualitative analytics, and more.
- Work with other analytics team members to understand business goals and sales & marketing initiatives to create analytical reports, insights, and plans that drive provable, incremental results.
- Analyze online user behavior across multiple tech stacks to track customer journeys
- Utilize existing GA360, GA4, Optimizely and PowerBI tools to identify and execute on optimization opportunities
- Fully understand and make recommendations for analytics development through Google Tag Manager or other tagging platforms
- Interpret eCommerce funnel data into actionable insights that can be used to improve conversions
- Document and Maintain A/B test learnings, feature performance, and critical product release milestones
- Communicate directly with the stakeholders by creating analytics reports and analyses to be delivered to senior and executive management
- Interact with product, business analysis, UX and technical team members to analyze requirements and develop technical design specifications for performance tracking
- Answer specific business questions by interpreting complex data, modeling using statistical techniques, validating results, and communicating to senior management
- Devise and assess procedures and methods for data collection at a test, feature, and integration level
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot complex issues and make recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**:

- BS in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Proven 5+ years of working experience as a business/data analyst
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, and AB Testing Tools such as Optimizely, Certifications are an added plus
- Documented education related to business analytics, statistics, digital tools, eCommerce
- Employ excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to communicate with team members, organizational leaders, clients, and vendors effectively and tactfully
- Work autonomously and proactively with mínimal supervision
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
- Multitask and balance multiple assignments and priorities
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Expert in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other online marketing analytics tools
- Expert in A/B Testing analyses
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or another agile project tracking system.
- Understanding of digital property tagging and data gathering processes and techniques
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using simple statistical models
- Passion to learn and work with multiple data sources to perform complex analyses
- Natural curiosity and motivation to dig into the details
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to clearly communicate with customers and lead technical discussions.
- Additional digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO, and web analytics skills are a plus
- Interest in working in a fast-paced consulting environment.
