**Motorcycle Technician - $30 to $40 per Hour - 40 Hour Work Week (Tuesday to Friday) - Year-Round**

Triumph of Barrie, a newly established dealership specializing in Triumph motorcycles and CF Moto ATV/UTV vehicles, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Motorcycle Technician to join our team. Role Overview:
As a Motorcycle Technician, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of our Triumph motorcycles and CF Moto ATV/UTV vehicles. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of powersports equipment while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and servicing on Triumph motorcycles and CF Moto ATV/UTV vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Install aftermarket parts and accessories according to customer specifications.
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections to uphold vehicle quality and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used.
- Keep the workshop environment clean, organized, and safe.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician or similar role in the powersports industry.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in motorcycles and ATV/UTV vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid motorcycle license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
