Duties:
As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our customers. Your duties will include:

- Planning and preparing a variety of dishes, ensuring they are cooked to perfection
- Managing food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborating with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensuring that all meals are presented in an attractive manner

**Skills**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Food preparation: Proficient in various cooking techniques and experienced in creating a wide range of dishes.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Team management: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage kitchen staff, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Kitchen experience: Prior experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Food safety: Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Hospitality: A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.
- Supervising: Proven ability to supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality output.

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
