**Responsabilités Clés**
- **Développement Commercial** : Acquérir de nouveaux partenaires marchands par le biais de démarchages et de négociations.
- **Gestion de Compte** : Entretenir des relations avec les marchands existants, en assurant leur satisfaction et leur croissance.
- **Objectifs de Ventes** : Atteindre les objectifs de vente grâce à une planification et une exécution stratégiques.
- **Analyse du Marché** : Identifier de nouvelles opportunités et analyser le paysage concurrentiel.
- **Collaboration** : Travailler avec les équipes internes pour garantir une livraison de service de première qualité.
- **Rapport** : Suivre les activités de vente et rapporter à la direction.

**Rémunération et Avantages**
- **Salaire de Base** : 18 $ de l'heure pour une semaine de travail de 40 heures.
- **Commission** : Structure de commission attrayante récompensant la performance de vente initiale et soutenue.

**Exigences**
- **Langues** : La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est essentielle.
- **Expérience** : Expérience dans le domaine des ventes, de préférence dans la logistique ou les services de livraison.
- **Compétences** : Excellentes compétences en négociation, communication et organisation.
- **Éducation** : Un diplôme de baccalauréat en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe est préféré.
- **Caractéristiques** : Très motivé, indépendant, avec une forte éthique de travail.

Flashbird is a fast-growing company specializing in local delivery services. As we expand into Montreal, we're looking for a motivated Sales Associate to help us grow our merchant network and manage client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Business Development: Acquire new merchant partners through outreach and negotiations.
- Account Management: Foster relationships with existing merchants, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities and analyze the competitive landscape.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Reporting: Track sales activities and report to management.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Base Salary: start from $18 per hour for a 40-hour workweek.
- Commission: Attractive commission structure rewarding initial and sustained sales performance.
- Annual Growth Bonus: Bonuses awarded for reaching significant shipping volume milestones.

**Requirements**:

- Languages: Fluency in English and French is essential.
- Experience: Sales background, preferably in logistics or delivery services.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Characteristics: Highly motivated, independent, with a strong work ethic.
