Shift Vacancies:
**Day Shift Hours**:7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

**Key Tasks**
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the assembly team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee and participate in the assembly of products according to engineering specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to assembly technicians and troubleshoot issues that arise during the assembly process.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Control, Engineering, and Production Planning to ensure smooth workflows and resolve any production issues.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines while optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Track and document training progress for assembly staff, ensuring compliance with all training requirements.
- Perform inspections and testing of assembled products to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Assist in maintaining minimum staffing levels and ensure team members are properly trained and certified.
- Identify and report any maintenance or equipment issues and assist with repairs or adjustments as needed.
- Ensure accurate completion of NCR's when required.
- Ensure hydro test is being performed safely and with appropriate test information.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED; a technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an assembly environment.
- Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and safety regulations.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals under tight deadlines.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Able and willing to work overtime to meet production deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
