Front Desk Administrator- Part Time

High producing Real Estate office is looking for a part-time front desk administrator for Fridays, Saturdays and holiday coverage.
Some of the responsibilities include:
*Answering phones/multi line phone system
*Opening/Closing the office
*Data Entry
*Scheduling
*Customer Service/speaking with the public
We are looking for an individual that has excellent customer service skills and is comfortable with computers, office equipment, data entry, internet use, and working with people. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail.
Real Estate Office experience is an asset and will be considered priority, but it is not mandatory.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ladysmith, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
