**PURPOSE STATEMENT**:
The role of this position is to help maintain the property throughout the entire year. Ability to adapt to changing situations 24/7.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES**:

- Cutting grass
- Maintaining the pools
- Maintaining the gardens
- Maintenance of all houses on the property
- Dealing with all contractors on the property
- Take over responsibilities when the Property Manager is away

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Landscape maintenance expertise in planting, trimming and irrigation
- Knowledge of pool maintenance including water testing and chlorine generators
- Residential repair and maintenance experience including woodwork and painting
- Must maintain high energy work style while being self-directed and versatile
- Team-oriented
- Good communication skills
