**PURPOSE STATEMENT**:

- Oversight of property
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property's outdoor areas, including gardens, lawns, walkways, and driveways.
- Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Sweep and clean outdoor surfaces, including patios, decks, and pool areas, to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Remove debris, fallen leaves, and other organic matter to prevent buildup and maintain a neat appearance.
- Regularly inspect outdoor furniture, fixtures, and structures for damage or signs of wear and tear, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with snow removal and ice management during winter months, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Coordinate with other household staff members to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of the property.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding the activities and affairs of the residents.

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Trustworthy and responsible
- Ability to manage multiple projects with little oversight
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscaping techniques.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information and interacting with residents and guests.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and maintain confidentiality regarding the private affairs of the residents
