**Position: Line Cook/Prep Worker**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, cutting, and measuring, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and specifications, consistently delivering high-quality dishes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas, adhering to sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
