**Position: Pantry Chef/Prep**

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Pantry Chef/Prep. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting with the assembly of menu items to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high-quality dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and portion ingredients for cooking, including washing, cutting, and measuring, following recipes and specifications.
- Assist with the assembly and plating of menu items, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry station and prep areas, including proper storage of ingredients and sanitation of equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate timing and execution of orders, ensuring a seamless flow of food production.
- Adhere to food safety standards and procedures at all times, including proper handling and storage of perishable items.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred, with a focus on pantry and prep work.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in food preparation and presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
