We are seeking a talented Mortgage Agent with a knack for content creation to join our team. As a Content Creator Mortgage Agent, you will play a pivotal role in developing engaging and informative content to educate potential homebuyers and support our marketing efforts. You will leverage your expertise in mortgage lending to create compelling blog posts, social media content, videos, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging content to educate and inform potential homebuyers about mortgage options, processes, and industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies aligned with business objectives
- Write blog posts, articles, and social media posts on mortgage-related topics
- Create visually appealing and informative graphics, videos, and other multimedia content
- Monitor industry news and trends to identify content opportunities and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content campaigns
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach

**Requirements**:

- Licensed Mortgage Agent/New Mortgage Agent
- Full training will be provided to individuals without any experience.
- Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulations
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
