**Minimum Qualifications**
- **Licensed as a Mortgage Agent (Level 1 or 2) through FSRA Approved course in Canada**:

- **Previous sales experience with a tract record of volume closed**

**Job Summary**

As a Mortgage Agent, you have two areas of your business, one being a self-sourced agent, which means you can get referrals from your networks and COIs. The second is being part of our lead program. You will receive qualified leads from our designated marketing department and online lead generation through the variety of our platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- contact clients about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals.
- build your business with the support of our team with the drive to close business with the leads provided to you
- Participate in comprehensive initial and ongoing training.

Work Location: Hybrid. Mississauga office located at 5618 Tenth Line W Mississauga, ON L5M 7L9

Pay: $39,586.68-$500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- mortgage: 1 year (preferred)
- Previous sales experience with history of volume closed
