**Responsibilities**:

- Enter payables including job costing, process payments that include credit card tracking
- Receivables -work with project managers for billing submission
- Payroll entry to payroll service
- Completion of GST including reconciliation, submission and payment
- Complete bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow

**Requirements**:

- Valid drivers license
- Experience as bookkeeper
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Sage 50, excel and word
- Enjoys being part of a team
- Salary commensurate with experience
