**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Learn about our products/services inside out and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs and preferences of each prospect, showcasing how our offerings can address their specific challenges or goals.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Utilize effective negotiation techniques to overcome objections and secure sales agreements. Close deals confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- **Goal Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas to maximize earning potential. Embrace challenges and strive for continuous improvement in performance.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and sales managers to share best practices, strategies, and success stories. Work together towards achieving team goals and objectives.

- **Training and Development**: Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a passion for sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and earn incentives

**Physical Requirements**: This role may require standing, walking,

**Working Conditions**: Primarily office-based with frequent travel to client sites, networking events, and sales meetings. Flexible schedule with the potential for evening or weekend work to accommodate client availability.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
