At Blue Flamingo Solutions, a leading digital agency, we're seeking a Technical Project Manager who combines a deep understanding of web development and digital technologies with a passion for delivering client-focused solutions. **Responsibilities**:

- Technical Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth analysis to understand and document technical requirements and constraints for web development projects.
- Development Team Briefing and Coordination: Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical briefs. Facilitate effective communication between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability.
- Client Communication and Technical Advisory: Act as a technical liaison between clients and the development team. Provide expert advice on web development best practices and digital solutions.
- Project Management and Delivery: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor project progress. Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, leveraging a strong foundation in web technologies and digital tools.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 7 years' experience in technical project management, specifically in web development and digital solutions.
- Experience with CMS platforms (in particular WordPress) and understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL) and web server technologies
- Knowledge of version control tools (e.g. Git) and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to make data-driven decisions and a track record of meeting project deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive learner with a keen interest in the latest digital trends and technologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A hands-on approach and readiness to engage in granular project details as needed.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
