**Account Manager II**:
Safe Software is looking for a fun-loving, talented Account Manager who is interested in becoming part of one of the fastest growing data integration companies in the world As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the Customer Experience, Marketing and Sales team to help build and expand relationships within an assigned sector at Safe.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As an Account Manager II, you will be:
- Focusing on nurturing relationships with existing accounts and warm leads.
- Actively managing and expanding the sales pipeline while diligently working to secure and close on new business deals.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals.
- Manage annual renewals and keep customers informed about features and use cases
- Continuing the legacy of exceptional service that our customers have grown to expect and appreciate.
**Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies**:
Safers come from a variety of backgrounds with a diversity in skills and knowledge. That said, we find that those who are most successful in this role have experience with the following areas:
- A degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or Technology field or relevant industry experience
- 4 -7 years of related sales experience working in technology (preferably Software or High Tech).
- You are curious and good at solving problems
- You are helpful and a team player
- You are a clear communicator who can write and present ideas effectively to diverse audiences, both within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Passionate about technology. You are curious about data inter-connectivity and how data, databases, and systems flow and communicate with one another.
**Bonus Points**
- Previous experience in the Government, Education, Transportation, Utilities or Telecommunications industries is advantageous
- Experience with a CRM (preferably HubSpot)
