Medicine Hat Nissan is a young, energetic, performance-driven automotive business seeking an addition to our outstanding team.

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist with outstanding customer service skills, who sees the value in a warm greeting and friendly smile. This position plays a vital role in the overall success of the dealership, and directly supports our sales department.

The successful applicant WILL:
**Be comfortable in a busy customer focused sales environment**

**Understand the importance of the first impression, and take ownership over customers’ showroom and telephone experience**

**Be outgoing, greeting our customers with enthusiasm, and making customers feel welcome**

**Be comfortable with daily reception activities, including**:

- Answering all in-bound phone calls with a professional telephone manner, and using a switchboard to direct phone traffic
- Employee paging over our internal intercom system
- Data entry and information management
- Be motivated to learn about our products, and willing to assist the Sales Department when necessary by providing basic information to our customers including product knowledge.
- **Have displayed a history of outstanding critical thinking, problem solving and multitasking skills**

**Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and be comfortable learning internal data management software**
