**Position**: Account Manager - Multi Sites

**Reporting To**: Operations

**Compensation**:$40,000 - $50,000, benefits package activated at end of probationary period

**Responsibilities**:

- Post cleaner and subcontractor position advertisement
- Interview, recruit and hire site cleaning staff and subcontractors in conjunction with Area Manager and/or Operations Coordinator
- Provide ongoing support to cleaners, ensuring they are well trained and meet company and client expectation
- Collect and organize various documents from subcontractors/cleaners
- Review and approve invoices from subcontractors
- Provide billing information to accounting
- Manage the tracking and closing of work orders in client’s portals
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for clients
- Collect staff information for various security clearances
- Regularly update the lists of employees with federal and/or security clearances
- Contact managers and clients to schedule inspections
- Take part in the management and execution of various other special projects
- Manage and prioritize the multiple tasks that have been assigned
- Provide quotes to clients as needed, assisted by the Area Manager and/or Operations Coordinator
- Perform Database Management
- Track & Manage equipment & supplies in buildings
- Perform other duties as directed by the Manager of Operations from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills, e.g. ability to navigate Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- Able to learn client base programs such as Corrigo, Real suite, Oracle, etc.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, organization
- General math skills
- Effective communication skills, ability to speak, listen and write in English
- Outstanding organizational skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
- The ability to prioritize workload
- Must be able to work in a Team environment
