_Looking for a motivated individual with commercial or industrial trades project management to join our team._

**Position responsibilities**:

- Preparing estimates for potential projects, including reviewing plans, completing take offs, pricing from suppliers and sub contractors
- Submitting bids on time and in proper formats
- Attend site meetings for potential projects and current projects
- Complete site visits of ongoing projects
- Understand scope of projects moving forward
- Work with Commercial manager to determine workload capacity
- Work with Commercial dispatcher to appropriately schedule projects
- Order materials and equipment for projects
- Schedule returns of unused materials and equipment
- Review projects details and statuses with project leads and be primary contact for leads in office
- Submit progress billing reports for ongoing projects monthly for approval and invoicing
- Update contracts to include any Change Orders, Extras or deletions and ensure proper billing
- Complete close out documents and submit to General Contractors
- Complete job costing and project reports during and at close of projects
- Track status of open issues or delays
- Maintain good relationships with key commercial clients and general contractors
- Collaborate with other project managers, department managers, estimaters to ensure projects are handled appropriately and covered during any absenses

**Required Experience and licenses**:
Construction Project Management with at least one of:

- Project Management Certification
- Foreman Certification through CCA Gold Seal Program
- Minimum 5 years construction trades experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Community College Technologist/Technician Diploma

Valid G drivers license

Current Trades Certification in Sheetmetal, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Electrical or Millwrighting (if applicable)

- Adept at Microsoft Excel, and able to customize and adapt spreadsheets
- Well organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
