**Département**: Collecte de fonds

**Horaire**: 4 jours par semaine

Au sein d'une équipe de collecte de fonds relevant du directeur du développement, le coordonnateur des événements du WICWC supervise et est responsable de ce qui suit : 1) Coordonner, planifier et exécuter les 2 ou 3 événements majeurs de collecte de fonds existants ; 2) Créer de nouveaux événements et activités internes de collecte de fonds ; 3) Coordonner tous les détails requis pour les événements de collecte de fonds communautaires (DIY).

1. Coordination et gestion des événements du WICWC et des événements DIY pour s'assurer qu'ils sont réussis et rentables:

- Créer et exécuter des chemins critiques et des calendriers de production pour les événements, si nécessaire.
- Créer et exécuter des communications pour les participants aux événements, les commanditaires, les donateurs, les membres du comité, les bénévoles et les partenaires de service tout au long des événements.
- Travailler avec le coordinateur des bénévoles et le coordinateur du marketing et de la communication (envois de courriels, médias sociaux, communiqués de presse, affiches, graphiques, etc.)
- Être présent à tous les événements pour en assurer le bon déroulement.
- Clôturer tous les événements du Centre comme il se doit, c'est-à-dire : paiements à jour, lettres de remerciement, etc.
- S'assurer que les besoins de la ou des personnes qui organisent l'événement sont satisfaits.

2. Planification stratégique et budgétisation des événements afin de s'assurer que les directives budgétaires sont respectées.

3. Mettre en place et diriger des réunions de comité pour aider à la production positive d'événements.

4. Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec la communauté, dans le but d'accroître les activités de collecte de fonds.

5. Fournir des rapports d'activité réguliers à la directrice du développement.

**Autres exigences**:
1. Participer aux réunions du personnel, apporter un soutien aux autres départements.

2. Aider à d'autres activités du WICWC selon les besoins.

**Compétences requises**

1. Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la planification de grands événements

2. Capacité à faire émerger de nouveaux donateurs liés à des événements

3. Bilingue (écrit et parlé)

4. Esprit d'équipe / professionnalisme

5. Souci du détail et très organisé

6. Autonome, créatif, innovant

7. Capacité à accomplir des projets avec peu de supervision

8. Capacité à gérer de multiples projets et missions de travail de la part d'une variété d'employés et de bénévoles.

9. Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps, y compris la capacité d'établir et de maintenir des échéances à composantes multiples et de coordonner le travail pour respecter les délais ; excelle dans un contexte en évolution rapide.

10. Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de relations interpersonnelles, tant en personne qu'au téléphone.

11. Capacité à travailler sous pression et volonté de travailler avec des délais et des budgets serrés.

12. Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible

13. Attentes élevées en matière de qualité

14. Maîtrise des dernières versions de Microsoft Office, de WordPress, de Constant Contact, des médias sociaux, du courrier électronique et des outils de conception graphique tels que Publisher et/ou Canva.

Timeline: 4 days per week

As part of a fundraising team reporting to the Director of Development, the WICWC Events Coordinator oversees and is responsible for: 1) Coordinating, planning, and executing existing 2-3 major fundraising events; 2) Creating new internal fundraising events and activities; 3) Coordinating all details required for 3rd party events (DIY).

- Create & execute critical paths & production schedules for events when needed.
