**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong administrative background.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective tenants.
- Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure they are addressed promptly.
- Assist with rent collection and lease renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of all tenant interactions and lease agreements.
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information in the property management system
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including creating listings and managing online advertising platforms.
- Support the Property Manager in conducting market research and competitive analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other team members.
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Sales experience is a plus.
