The Mission

In the role of QA Team Lead, you will spearhead our relentless pursuit of top-notch software quality standards. You will take the helm of a passionate team, consisting of 2 QA Analysts and 2 QA Developers, and establish a culture of excellence in software quality. Your key duties will encompass overseeing end-to-end testing processes, and orchestrating the creation and upkeep of an automated regression test suite to guarantee the peak performance of our software solutions. Additionally, you will lead by example, actively participating in test case creation, and conducting hands-on testing of new features and bug fixes. Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating our software products to new heights of reliability and user satisfaction.

**As the **QA **lead**,** you will**:

- Oversee the whole test pyramid
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the impacts of the software on client operations
- Bring innovative ideas to improve the quality of the product and our processes
- Participate in writing test cases as well as testing
- Develop and establish metrics and KPIs aimed at efficiently measuring quality standards
- Document and report on results of quality activities
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with each of your direct reports
- Create and implement career plans, OKRs, and personal objectives
- Participate in level calibrations and quarterly performance reviews
- Participate in the recruitment process and onboard new employees
